Ballsrews are screws with the balls,  ideal pair for long term accuracy and rigidity.

Together with absolute encoders, ballscrews provide identical layer height and accurate overall part's size. Typical layer height is 20-90 micron, in most cases, it will be 50 microns. It is critical to have the very same layer height over the whole printing because it influences the welding process.

C5 is an industrial standard of ballscrews which is precision ground ballscrew, widely used in metalworking machining centres.

3D metal printers

C5 grade ballscrews are supplied within the standard version.

C3 grade is available on demand.

For the best absolute results, selected printers can be equipped with the optical scales with 5um, 1um or 0.1um accuracy.
